What is a Property Maintenance Plan?
Our goal at J&R's 5Star Property Solutions is to make things as easy as possible for you as a property owner. Whether its a income property or your personal home, we offer plans for you. We provide proactive maintenance on the property as well as reactive maintenance. Our team will make regularly scheduled times to provide routine maintenance such as swapping furnace filters, Clearing water heater debris, checking smoke and Carbon detectors, amongst other things. When a problem arises simply call on the professionals at J&R's 5Star Property Solutions to handle all your maintenance needs. We will assign a technician and have them out promptly to asses the situation and create a solution plan.
Proactive Maintenance
Proactive Maintenance means we take pride in making sure your property's standard maintenance is performed timely and efficiently. Some examples of these tasks are things such as replacing furnace filters, draining and clearing water heaters, checking smoke detectors, checking gutters for blockages and so much more.
Reactive Maintenance
We understand that life happens. Sometimes things break and need repairs. When that happens you can call on us! Simply call our office and we will assign a technician to come out and asses the situation. Once the issue is under control and assessed we will create a solution plan. Issues will be scheduled for repair as soon as possible. So you can sleep peacefully knowing we got you covered!
